LICENSING

With EVERY purchase you make, you agree to the following non-exclusive licensing terms.

ONE

You may use your assets to generate images for both personal and business purposes, encompassing online platforms (e.g., social media posts, website visuals and presenters for clients).

TWO

You may modify the assets according to your preferences and branding.

THREE

Assets can be used an unlimited number of times for personal projects however the assets may only be used once for commercial projects (for example, creating social media post imagery for a client’s Instagram account), while use for each additional commercial project requires a separate purchase.

FOUR

You may not sell or redistribute purchased assets or claim any purchased asset as your own. It is always nice to share and credit us - you can even earn a commission by doing so :)

FIVE

You may not share or transfer ownership of purchases and login credentials with others (including clients and customers).

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Please feel free to utilise our assets for both personal and commercial/business projects. Whether you are sprucing up your social media feed, enhancing your website, or crafting captivating blog posts, our products are at your disposal.

Additionally, our assets are perfect for client work, allowing you to incorporate them seamlessly into presentations or packaging designs. You have full creative control—you can edit, crop, and customise our mock-ups, photos, textures, and graphics to suit your needs.

With each license, you are entitled to an unlimited number of personal projects and one commercial project. Should you require the same asset for multiple client projects, simply obtain an additional license to ensure compliance :)

WHAT YOU CANNOT DO

Please be aware of the following guidelines when using our licensed assets: Redistribution, resale, sharing, lending, or giveaway of the licensed asset is strictly prohibited. Any form of resale or sublicense, whether in source file form or in competition with the licensed asset, is not permitted. Additionally, creating Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) using our purchased assets is not allowed.

You must refrain from claiming the original source files as your own work and must not be using our products to create similar or derivative digital products for sale, such as mock-ups, presets, stock photos, or textures.

Our products should not be utilised for harmful, unlawful, or unethical purposes, including promoting hate, pornography, or unethical messages. Advertising directly competitive digital products for sale using our products is also prohibited.

Furthermore, using our licensed assets as part of a trademark, service mark, design mark, or trade-name is not allowed. Claiming the licensed asset or a modification thereof as your own copyrighted work without disclaiming the original licensed asset is strictly forbidden. Please note that prior approval is required for the use of our products in web apps, native apps, or games.
